Boilerplate comment about these fast forward links I use the 70 seconds between emails to provide some entertainment value. The more you fast forward, the more little gems you'll find hidden along the way.
This particular fast forward is gonna be a little different.
Just take 5 deep breaths. That's it. You've surely got a big day ahead of you (or maybe not, but this is still good for you). BTW "deep" doesn't mean lift up your shoulders when you breathe, it means expand from your diaphragm. But do whatever feels right.
This is called box breathing:
- Take a 4 second inhale
- hold for 4 seconds
- then a 4 second exhale
- another 4-second hold.
And just do that 4-5 times. Close your eyes while you're at it.
